How does the custom song work?
You’ll answer a few questions about the person you’re creating it for — their memories, personality, favourite things and the little details that make them special. We use your answers to create an original song just for them.
Do I get to approve the song?
Yes! You’ll receive the lyrics to review before your song is finalized. Your order includes one round of lyric changes.
How does the song play inside the Snuggle Buddy?
Your finished song is loaded onto a sound module tucked safely inside the back of your Snuggle Buddy. Simply press play whenever you want to hear it. 🎵
Do I get a digital copy too?
Yes! You’ll also receive a digital copy of the finished song to keep.
How long does it take?
Each order is made especially for you. We’ll ask for your needed-by date when you order and do our best to accommodate it. I’d keep this wording until you know your actual turnaround time from doing a few orders.
Can I request a certain style of music or voice?
Absolutely. You can choose your preferred song style and whether you’d like a male or female voice, or leave it up to us.
Do you offer shipping?
Yes! Snuggle Buddies can be shipped within Canada. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. Local pickup is also available in Arnprior, Ontario.
Will my Snuggle Buddy arrive in time for my special date?
When you order, you’ll be asked when you need your Snuggle Buddy. We’ll do our best to accommodate your requested date. Please allow additional time for shipping, as carrier delivery times are outside our control.
